CANCELLATION POLICY

A FULL 24 HOURS advance notice is required when canceling an appointment to avoid a charge. This allows the opportunity for someone else to retain my services.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the credit card used to secure the appointment or the card on file. 2 hours prior to start time is considered a "no-show" and will incur a charge.
If you do not call or show for your scheduled appointment, please note the following:
- You will be charged full price for the scheduled massage with the credit card on file.
- If a gift certificate is being used as payment for your appointment that gift certificate will become null and void.
Cancellations may be made online up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. After that, I accept cancellations by phone only.
